What Is The Best Software To Create And Publish A Website?

I really like adobe products but I am not sure what I need to purchase? Is Dreamweaver enough? Any other software suggestions that work better?

  1. Dreamweaver’s is a designer sort of program, you don’t need to know any coding you just align stuff and that’s it, it makes the code for you.
    I personally hand code all of my websites but that’s just me.
