What Configuration Computer Require For A Engineering Student?

My son will be get admission for B.Tech Information Technology.He has to study four years to complete the course and he may be continue his master studies.So,please suggest a best configuration computer that will suit upto certain years.

    Blue Ray/DVD/CD burner
    20″ LCD monitor
    That will give him a good start! I would get a desktop rather than a laptop. You get much more for your money; easier to upgrade, and last longer. Keep in mind that the state-of-the-art computer system you get today, will be outdated, but still functional in 4 years. The conventional computers that everyone uses today will be replaced with a “super” cell phone in less than 10 years!
    I would let your son pick out the computer.

  2. dell prescisions work good but they cost a lot (up to $7,000)… They’re designed for heavy processing, and not necessarily gaming.
