How Do I Get My Computer To Show Me Movable Smileys?

I am running on Firefox, sometimes also on IE. When i visit sites with movable smileys, the smileys don’t move at my computer.
Is there anything which i have to do to enable it to move? I don’t have to buy a new computer, do i?

  1. Goto Help menu and click on Check fo updates and install new plugins. Hope it helps.
