How Do I Create A Personal Password To Access My Pc Everytime I Log Into Windows?

How do i create a personal password to access my pc everytime i log into windows?
i have a compaq windows xp pc, i had it set up a few years ago where as soon as the pc booted up it would ask me for my password to access it, but i forgot how to set it up. how do i do that? is it in Compaq organizer?

It is easy go to control panel and go to user account and select ur account there will be a option to create a password go to that option and create a password for u and remember use the question that is match to password so u forgot the password u use the question and the find the password easily.Enjoy!
