My suggestion would be to get a 8000 series nvidia graphics card and 2 gbs of corsair RAM, but only if you are having troubles running single player also. Is your connection to your router less than Wireless B speed? That's 11mbps. Probably sounds slow, but most Cable Broadband isn't faster than 10mbps.
