Does our computer met the minimum system requirements of that game? If not then you need to upgrade your computer. Increasing your RAM will most probably decrease the loading speed.

Hello, I am Gaspar from Ask Dr.Tech support service.
Most likely it is not computer problem, it's internet connection problem, I mean that your internet connection is limited by your subscription plan.

If it is an online game and you are taking long to load, then you will need to upgrade your internet to a faster bandwidth. But if you are playing alone and it is taking a long time to load, then you will need to get a better graphics card or a few more gbs of ram. A decent graphics card can be found at www.newegg.com or www.frys.com Both are very good stores and you can find almost anything you need from there. My suggestion would be to get a 8000 series nvidia graphics card and 2 gbs of corsair RAM, but only if you are having troubles running single player also.

Does your hardware meet the minimum system requirements for the game? Have you checked this at all?
Are you running virus scans while you play? A resident shield is a running scanner.
Do you share your internet connection with other people in the house? Are you downloading on other computers while you game?
Do you regularly Torrent or Limewire? Even if you turn off your Torrent client or Limewire, you are being actively hit for connections for between 24 to 72 hours AFTER you turn the client off, because your IP address is still in the databases of EVERYONE who could have potentially connected to you to share files, from when your client was last on. So, all those pings/active connection attempts affect your connection speed, big time.
Are you playing over a wireless connection? Are you too far from your router? Is your connection to your router less than Wireless B speed? That's 11mbps. Probably sounds slow, but most Cable Broadband isn't faster than 10mbps.
I'd start with making sure you meet all the system requirements, especially in your Video Card department.
