Gaming computers are graphics intensive. Brand is pretty much irrelevent. Make sure you have a 512MB PCIE Graphics Card, at minimum, and 4GBs of RAM. You might be able to do it for under $500.

It will run you $800+ but nothing beats an alienware for computer gaming! They also have a monthly pay program!

I don’t know about good computers that come with great specs… but id recommend just upgrading your computer that you have now…Buy more ram and a new hardrive. Search the internet for anything else that gamers need.

Getting a computer to play FPS’s is friggin stupid. If you said one of those multiplayer RPGs I would understand, but for first person shooters just get an xbox 360. Your computer is going to be obsolete so fast and you will have to worry about a plethora of technical problems that could keep you from playing a new game.
Now if you HAVE to get a computer because you are going to use it for school and downloading and other things, I would get a Dell
