		<description>It should be in slave mode, not master. But I don&#039;t think it having Windows on it is the cause of the problem; more likely you have set things up so that your system is trying to boot from it? If so there might be two different things you can do to fix this - first, maybe you can swap which cable it&#039;s connected to, to change the boot order. Second, maybe you can change the boot order in your BIOS settings.</description>

		<description>you may have to remove the shorting pin from the master drive located on the back of the hard drive then on the second drive move the shorting pin to slave and plug the drive into the slave ribbon hope this helps</description>
