How Do I Connect To My Computer On My Playstation 3 Using A Wireless Network?

I set up a wireless network on my computer so I could connect to the internet on my playstation 3. Can I connect with my computer through the playstation 3 using my wireless network?

  1. you have to use your internet chord to connect to ps3 you can plug 1 end on your chord to the modem and 1 into the back of your ps3 to play internet on ur ps3 but if u want to connect ur ps3 with your computer instead of plugging it into the modem you plug it in to ur computer

If you do not have a wireless adapter for the PS3 (which is the easiest way) or a cable that will reach from the PS3 to the router, then you need to have a wired network card in the computer, enable Internet Connection Sharing between the computer’s two networks (the wireless one and the wired one), and run a cable from the computer’s network card to the PS3.
    The first link below are instructions from Microsoft on how to enable Internet Connection Sharing.
    The easier, more hassle free way (if you cant run a cable directly to your router) is *definitely* getting a wireless adapter for the PS3 – many people have been having success with the Linksys Gaming Adapter.
