What Would Be The Best Affordable Computer To Get That Will Run The Sims 3 Flawlessly?

I am probably going to get a new computer. I want to make sure it will run the sims 3 and any expansion packs perfectly. Any suggestions of computers or parts will be great. My budget will be about 800 GBP. Maybe more.
