What Program Can I Use To Transfer All My Files And Programs To Another Pc Without Losing Them?

My Pc crashed horribly and it doesnt even work anymore.
The software i have on it is VERY VERY important.
What program or tool can i use to transfer the files on the hard drive to another pc without having to install it again on the new PC, becuase i don’t have the intallation cds for most of my software anymore and some i dont think they make anymore..?
PLEASE HELP!!!

  1. Probably best to just pull the Hard drive out of the old PC and plug it into the new one…. unless of course it crashed due to a software conflict or virus…. then i wouldn’t bother.
    Another alternative is to fix the reasons why it crashed (blown power supply, dodgy ram, graphics card etc and then continue using your machine…. if your machine doesn’t boot up then you’ll probably find you’ll have to plug your hard drive into and external enclosure and run it from there on another computer. that might be your best alternative.
