		<description>Probably best to just pull the Hard drive out of the old PC and plug it into the new one.... unless of course it crashed due to a software conflict or virus.... then i wouldn&#039;t bother.
Another alternative is to fix the reasons why it crashed (blown power supply, dodgy ram, graphics card etc and then continue using your machine.... if your machine doesn&#039;t boot up then you&#039;ll probably find you&#039;ll have to plug your hard drive into and external enclosure and run it from there on another computer. that might be your best alternative.
