Is There Way To Know Size Of Xbox Hard Drive Without Openning?

I want to buy an xbox 360 off of craigslist. i can make sure that it works and all of that good stuff but if the seller tells me that it is 60 gig hard drive how can I verify that on the spot? What do I do? Is the hard drive inside like on a computer???

  1. it is labeled as what it is. 20 60 or 120. If it is not labeled it would be a really early model HD and is around 10 gigs (as least mine is). The label is put in such a way that you would notice if it was changed so you are alright.

  2. The hard drive on a 360 is detachable and hooks onto the left side if the console is laying down. It’s labeled as a 20, 60, or 120 GB so you can clearly see which one it is.

  3. No its a hard drive that pops on and off the side of the 360 with a lil button. Very easy to verify. But good luck with buying a 360 off of Craigslist. Hope you don’t get the RROD….

  4. You can find here to see all size of xbox hard drive. http://www.buycheapnow.co.uk/cheap-xbox-…
