What Pc Requirements Are Necessary To Receive A Good Broadband Feeds?

I am a soccer nut so I signed up to receive broadband feeds of the soccer games. The picture is ok, but I am told if I buy a PC with a great graphics card that this will enhance my picture.
Please note I have Comcast Hi-Speed broadband access.
