Is It Possible To Convert An American Built Pc To Vietnamese?

I am building a PC and I want to know if there is a way to convert the whole operating system to vietnamese characters. I am planning on bringing this back to my family in Vietnam but I dont know if that’s possible. I heard from a friend that there is a way they do it, but they do it in Vietnam.
Anybody know? It would take so long to change every word to vietnamese. Thanks.

  1. I don’t know which OS you have there, but, most of them have language packs which are not enabled totally, to save disc space.
Check your OS and then search the web site for the Vietnamese language pack. Download and install it.
    It’s as easy as that.
    Peace.

    PS,
The link below will help you better. It’s a tested website which is reported to be clean, by the way.

  2. if you mean make the whole system to other language than English, you have to buy a cd that turns everything to that language, but if you meant just to read Vietnamese language, then all you have to do is from Control Panel and chose Regional and Language options. and add that language.
