		<description>if you mean make the whole system to other language than English, you have to buy a cd that turns everything to that language, but if you meant just to read Vietnamese language, then all you have to do is from Control Panel and chose Regional and Language options. and add that language.</description>

Check your OS and then search the web site for the Vietnamese language pack. Download and install it.
It&#039;s as easy as that.
